I help professionals and driven women who’ve done everything “right,” yet still find themselves feeling exhausted, anxious, or stuck.
I specialize in integrative treatment for depression, anxiety, PTSD, acculturation stress, career pressures, and women’s mental health, including the path to motherhood, fertility challenges, postpartum changes, and motherhood transitions.
As someone who beat the odds of infertility at 42 through integrative approaches (to the surprise of even my fertility specialist), I know firsthand that true healing requires more than conventional medicine alone.

I’m a resilience-builder, wife and a mom, passionate about women’s mental health, not just professionally, but personally. My own fertility journey deeply shaped the way I practice medicine today.
My work is rooted in the belief that true healing begins when we move beyond the “quick fix” or “magic bullet” approach and care for the whole person with compassion, nuance, and patience.
I believe the greatest medicine is learning that we don’t have to rely on medicine alone.
