Services
Meaningful recovery begins with understanding and caring for every part of who you are. I offer solutions, not just prescriptions.
You’re in the driver’s seat, and I’m here to empower you with attentive, personalized care.
Treatment Modalities
Medication Management
Integrative psychiatry doesn’t mean being anti-medication.I can help you find a medication plan that honors your story, biology, and values. When used thoughtfully, medication can support the healing work we do together.
Psychotherapy
Therapy helps us look beneath the surface to understand what’s really behind your symptoms, behaviors, and thought patterns. Often, these patterns have quietly shaped the way you think and feel, sometimes keeping you stuck in cycles of emotional pain. As someone who has personally navigated major life transitions, challenges, I deeply believe in the healing power of understanding our stories.
Lifestyle Coaching
It helps individuals improve their lives by setting meaningful goals and taking practical steps toward them. Techniques such as motivational interviewing, goal setting, time management, sleep hygiene, stress reduction, gratitude practices, and healthy nutrition habits are all part of this process, helping you build a balanced, and sustainable way of living.
Labs & Pharmacogenetic Testing
To help identify possible medical reasons why past treatments may not have been effective, I investigate factors such as functional nutrient levels, advanced salivary cortisol for adrenal fatigue, inflammation markers, and gut microbiome health. Additionally, I can analyze your unique genetic profile to understand how it influences sensitivities and medication response. These insights are crucial for refining and personalizing your treatment plan to achieve better results.
Nutritional, Herbal, and Plant-Based Support
I can recommend high-quality, evidence-informed supplements and herbal remedies to support mood, anxiety, sleep, and overall brain health. When used thoughtfully, these natural options can help you feel calmer, think more clearly, and rest more deeply. They may also reduce the need for medication.
Through my clinical experience, I’ve seen that while psychiatric medications can be very helpful, they aren’t always the right solution for everyone. I work with you to find what works best for you; whether that includes supplements, medication, or a blend of both.
Mind-Body Medicine and Mindfulness
Being human means moving through natural waves of emotion. I can teach you mindfulness-based skills that strengthen your inner steadiness, so emotions feel more like waves you can ride, not ones that pull you under.
Pre-Conception PREP
Before Baby: Healing and Preparing for Parenthood
Are you feeling called to start a family and want to bring your most centered, authentic self to the journey ahead?
Parenthood is a profound transformation, one that invites you to nurture not only your future child but also your own inner world. Preparing emotionally and mentally helps you approach this new chapter with greater balance, peace, and intention. By healing the parts of your past that still linger, you create space for deeper joy, presence, and connection in your role as a parent.
Advanced Treatment Referrals (TMS & ECT)
Some people benefit from treatments beyond medication, nutraceuticals, and therapy. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive treatment that uses gentle magnetic pulses to improve depression when other treatments haven’t helped enough. Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) is a medically supervised treatment performed under anesthesia and can provide rapid relief for severe depression.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and PTSD. This approach enhances the effectiveness of therapy by using ketamine to create an expanded state of awareness, allowing for deep emotional insight and healing. Many people who have felt stuck or unresponsive to traditional treatments find meaningful relief and renewed hope through KAP.
Ketamine’s dissociative and pain-relieving properties can help you safely explore difficult emotions and memories. It acts as a gentle key, temporarily softening internal defenses and creating space to connect with vulnerable parts of yourself, often leading to profound breakthroughs.
While ketamine can have antidepressant effects on its own, I integrate it within ongoing psychotherapy to support lasting change. Treatment typically includes a series of four to six sessions, offering continuity, depth, and a strong foundation for healing.

I work with patients ages 18 to 64. I offer telehealth appointments. For those seeking Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, in office sessions are available.
