Individual Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

(KAP)

For Resistant Depression, Anxiety & PTSD

Ketamine was originally developed as an anesthetic but has since been shown to provide powerful benefits for mental health at much lower doses. It helps relieve symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD, often working more quickly than traditional medications. Ketamine supports the brain in forming new neural connections, opening the door to healing, relief, and renewed hope when other treatments haven’t helped.

There are two approaches to ketamine treatment:  Some people experience ketamine through infusion centers, which focus only on the medication. While this can bring temporary relief, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) combines ketamine with therapy to support lasting insight, healing, and personal growth.

I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) — an approach that blends medically prescribed ketamine, administered as sublingual (SL) lozenges, with integrative therapy to support deeper healing and growth.

KAP Initial Consultation — 60 minutes | $400

A Telehealth Session
This session takes place after your free telephone ketamine eligibility screening and consideration for KAP. It includes a comprehensive psychiatric and medical evaluation to ensure there are no contraindications and to confirm that KAP is a safe and appropriate treatment option for you.

Ketamine lozenges will be prescribed through a compounding pharmacy. Patients are responsible for contacting the pharmacy to coordinate direct payment and arrange free shipping to their home. The prescription cost varies and typically ranges from $100 to $150, depending on the required dose. Medication is to be brought to the medicine session sealed, unopened.

KAP Integration Therapy Session — 50 minutes | $375

A Telehealth Session
This therapy session helps you process insights from your ketamine experience and translate them into meaningful, lasting change. Held within 2–10 days after your medicine session, it focuses on integrating the emotions and realizations that surfaced during your journey.

Together, we’ll explore the meanings behind your experience, uncover deeper layers of self-understanding, and support continued healing. Through reflection, discussion, and grounding techniques, this session helps you bring the insights gained in treatment into everyday life, fostering ongoing growth and emotional well-being.

KAP Preparation Session — 50 minutes | $275

A Telehealth Session
This session is designed to help us build trust, establish a therapeutic connection, and give you a clear overview of what to expect with KAP.

It’s a space to ask questions, feel supported, and prepare for the journey ahead by reviewing consent, setting intentions, exploring motivation, fears, and goals, and allowing time for questions about what to expect and best practices for safety.

KAP Medicine Session — 180 minutes | $750

In-Office Session
At the start of your session, we’ll spend about 15–30 minutes getting settled, checking vital signs, setting intentions, and engaging in a brief visualization exercise. This is followed by ketamine dosing (15–30 minutes), then approximately 45–60 minutes in a monitored ketamine trance, supported by calming music, eye shades, and therapeutic presence throughout. Afterward, you’ll have about 30–60 minutes for gentle recovery, music-supported rest, optional journaling, and a brief integration.

Psychedelic Integration Therapy Session — 50 minutes  $375

A Telehealth Session
For those who have had psychedelic experiences outside of my practice, I offer integration therapy sessions to help weave those insights into daily life, supporting continued growth and self-understanding.

These sessions focus on processing and making sense of your experiences, reflecting on the emotions and realizations that surfaced, and connecting them to ongoing healing and well-being.
